Healthy Homes
Healthy Homes standards became law in 2019, introducing minimum standards for heating, insulation, ventilation, moisture ingress and drainage, and draught stopping in rental properties.
Spencers established teams across Auckland and Hutt Valley, to manage property upgrades for tenants of Kāinga Ora Homes & Communities and Tāmaki Housing Association, and employed people to carry out the required work in our Northland region as well.
This highly successful result could only be achieved with the professional services provided by our trades contractor companies – who carried out much of the required work while dealing with the disruption and demands of the pandemic.
